It can happen sometimes that the product you get is not what you thought or maybe you feel that it shows signs of wear.
Do not open it and contact us by email or by phone, we will find a solution together!
We want to highlight that Natsabe sells also and mainly medicinal herbs that, by definition, are not "factory-made" and can sometimes differ in appearance and color. The appearance and texture of herbs depend on many factors: light, water, soil, harvesting and conservation techniques, therefore the final product is not always the same and standardized.
This is the limit and value of natural products!
It is in our interest to give you products that are healthy, beautiful and rich in active ingredients, and you can be sure that, before delivery, every product has to pass rigid and strict controls. Nevertheless, we can miss something, but do not worry! We have been active in this field for many years and we have always been and always will be available to correct any mistake.
So please contact us whenever you want. If there are problems or defects in the product, you can send it back by courier.
If you have simply changed your mind, remember that you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please keep the product in its original packaging, notify us by e-mail or by Pec and send it back at your expenses to our address.
Once we receive the goods, we will refund you.
