Boil 200cc of water, add 1 teaspoon of herbs, resume boiling for 5-6 minutes, then turn off and leave in infusion, covered, for 10 minutes. Filter, serve and drink 2-3 times a day.

Do not assume during pregnancy. Natural furocumarines in the plant can increase the photosensitivity of the skin, so it is prudent not to expose to direct sunlight.
