Famous Chinese tea which undergoes a special process that puts it halfway between green and black tea.
Taste: intermediate, between fruity and floral, some toasted scent.

Suitable for all hours of the day, but ideal for a tasty afternoon tea.

To prepare a good cup of tea, boil about 200 cc of water, when the first bubbles appear add a teaspoon of the chosen tea, put out the fire, close the lid and leave to infuse for 2-5 minutes.
