This tea is considered one of the best among Chinese green tea, it has beautiful dark and thin leaves, which required a high level of experience in processing.
The collection is made exclusively of the apical buds and the first two hold the underlying leaves in the period between the Gu Yu and Qing Min holidays, in early spring between April 4-5 and 21-22.
It is much appreciated for the extreme softness and fragrance.
It grows on the top of Dong Bai Mountain in Zhejiang Province.

To prepare a good cup of tea, boil about 200 cc of water, when the first bubbles appear add a teaspoon of the chosen tea, put out the fire, close the lid and leave to infuse for 2-5 minutes.
