A Mediterranean tradition plant that has always been used to promote digestive functions and the elimination of intestinal gases.
The laurel is however mainly used as an ingredient for many dishes of Mediterranean and European cuisine in general.

Prepare in infusion: Boil 1 cup of water, turn off, add 1 teaspoon of herbs, leave for 10 minutes infusion. Filter, serve and drink 2-3 times a day, after meals.
